- Or send the order email to us by bank transfer, we'll arrange the delivery to you with complimentary shipping.
About Redemption
- It's rewrite card and the updated redemption status is shown on the card instantly, which is safer for your Shopping Card;
- We'll establish your individual purchase file to record every transaction. In case your Shopping card is lost, in this instance please call +86(21)6291-2110 or send us an email and we'll freeze your account and reissue a new card to you;
- If one customer brings your Shopping Card to Big Blue, we'll make a phone call directly to you to authorize redemption;
- For the redeemer who are not in Shanghai, we'll get the confirmation email first then arrange the shipping and update the record in our system, rewrite your card when next time you drop by Big Blue.
